Stacy Haaland, Relationship Manager in Operations for the Upper Midwest Practice, brings many years of valuable experience in office administration and sales within the financial services industry.  She is responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of services to our clients. Stacy works closely with her operations team, regional team, as well as plan sponsors, recordkeepers, TPAs, investment companies and other industry professionals in her role. Stacy assists clients by preparing and submitting paperwork, preparing quarterly invoices, as well as maintaining each client’s SRP Fiduciary Archive.  She strives to ensure that our clients experience clear communication and excellent service.

Stacy shares her home in Robbinsdale, Minnesota with her sons, Cole and Quinn, and their two spoiled cats, Sigurd and Barbara Lee.  Stacy is active in her local church, enjoys spending quality time, walking, chatting, shopping, dining and playing board games with family and friends.  When she can find some downtime, you will find her relaxing and savoring a cup of hot or iced tea, while reading a book on her couch or deck.
