Maxx joined Strategic Retirement Partners as an intern in January of 2023 and was officially welcomed on to the team in June of 2023 as a Financial Wellness Services Associate after graduating from Xavier University with a degree in Finance. As a Financial Wellness Services Associate, Maxx supports the WELLth team through the financial planning process and contributes to Participant Education content, specifically with the 401(k) Superhero program.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Maxx moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to attend Xavier University and now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. Maxx has worked within the financial services industry through internships since 2018 and is excited to further his knowledge of the financial services industry.
Outside of work, Maxx enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing during the summers, and snowboarding during the winters.
