Kristen Corne is a Relationship Manager, Operations with Strategic Retirement Partners, where she supports plan sponsors and internal teams in delivering a seamless retirement plan experience.

Prior to entering the retirement plan industry in 2020, Kristen spent over two decades in hotel management, where she developed a strong foundation in client service, operational efficiency, and relationship management. Her experience in hospitality shaped her client-first mindset and ability to anticipate needs, resolve challenges proactively, and deliver high-touch service in fast-paced environments.

In her current role, Kristen focuses on coordinating plan administration activities, supporting fiduciary governance processes, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and service partners. She works closely with plan sponsors to ensure timelines are met, deliverables are accurate, and ongoing plan needs are addressed efficiently.

Kristen’s greatest strength lies in her commitment to building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. She is dedicated to creating a positive and responsive experience for clients, helping them navigate the complexities of their retirement plans with confidence.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting her son in his college journey, taking her dog for evening walks, and relaxing at home with her husband.
