Jennifer Gage brings more than 20 years of experience in the retirement plan industry to her role as Managing Director at Strategic Retirement Partners’ Tucson, Arizona office. She is passionate about helping organizations design and maintain retirement plans that not only meet regulatory requirements but also serve as meaningful tools for attracting and retaining top talent.

Jenn specializes in partnering with organizations to develop retirement plan strategies that align with corporate goals while supporting employees’ long‑term financial well‑being. Her expertise spans plan design, fiduciary oversight, investment consulting, participant education, and financial wellness initiatives, with a focus on creating sustainable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Throughout her career, Jenn has consulted with organizations of all sizes, guiding plan sponsors through the complexities of governance, investment selection, cost optimization, and employee engagement. Jenn, along with Chris, relocated to Tucson in 2019 and has enjoyed making it her home.  They enjoy hiking in the surrounding mountains, attending the University of Arizona sporting events (Go Cats!) and spending time with close friends. They also stay busy caring for their three poodles and navigating the unique aspects of desert living.
