Erin and her team specialize in business consulting for retirement plans, partnering with a diverse range of organizations to ensure long-term success. Their core mission is to help plan sponsors optimize plan design, streamline administration, meet fiduciary responsibilities, implement best practices, and promote employee retirement readiness. Erin’s team fosters ongoing service through trusted, long-term relationships, and her business continues to grow primarily through client referrals and word of mouth.
Originally from Rochester, New York, Erin credits her strong values of financial responsibility and community service to the lessons instilled by her parents. After earning her degree and competing as a collegiate volleyball player at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Erin moved to Los Angeles in 2005 to pursue a career in financial services and embrace the sunny weather. With a natural inclination toward business, Erin earned her MBA from RIT in 2003 and launched her career in the corporate retirement plan industry, working with top 401(k) recordkeepers.
Erin began her professional journey as a licensed registered representative with MassMutual Financial Group in 2011, where she honed her expertise in retirement plan design, administration, and service. She continued her career at Wells Fargo Advisors in 2012, founding the Bermudez/Hall Retirement Group. In June 2019, the Bermudez/Hall Retirement Group became part of SRP, where Erin established the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Outside of her professional life, Erin enjoys spending time with her partner, Steele, and their blended family of seven children, which keeps them both incredibly active. She can often be found singing in community choir or at karaoke, and playing in adult league softball and kickball. Erin also gives back to her community by coaching her daughters’ softball teams. Since 2006, she has been involved with the U.S. Youth Volleyball League (USYVL), initially as a clinician, and later transitioning to the board of directors in 2018.
