Blake Morlet grew up in a small town in Southern California with a strong single mother and three younger sisters. From an early age, he learned the importance of resilience, communication and patience. While working from his early teen years, he gained experiences that helped shape his desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Following the completion of his undergraduate degree at Chapman University and working across several industries, Blake began building a wealth management practice in 2017. He quickly rose to Vice President at his prior registered investment advisory firm.

In 2025, Blake “came home” to Strategic Retirement Partners as Managing Director. Joining an organization with a truly family and client first culture, supported by the enterprise resources needed to serve clients at the highest level. In this role, he works closely with executives, leaders, professionals, and families to design and implement thoughtful wealth strategies and employee retention solutions that align financial decisions with long term goals, values, and lifestyle priorities.

In 2026 Blake began serving as SRP’s Wealth Practice Leader, Blake focuses not only on client outcomes, but on leading and growing SRP’s wealth practice designed to deliver fiduciary advice with a commitment to excellence. He collaborates closely with advisory, operations, and technology teams to develop scalable, client first service models, strengthen consistency across the firm, and enhance the overall client experience, while ensuring SRP’s wealth offering remains both fiduciary focused and operationally sound.

Blake and his wife, Kristin, live in Southern California with their four children. Faith and family are central to his life, and he brings that same long term, family first perspective to his work. Outside of his professional and family life, Blake enjoys western big game hunting, golfing, and spending time on the road with his family.
