Beth Dettbarn is a Manager, Client Services on SRP’s Austin team. She partners closely with plan sponsors to deliver retirement plan operational support, taking a proactive approach to identifying, owning, and resolving client needs. Beth is also a strong team resource, collaborating to ensure every client interaction is smooth, responsive, and high quality.

Prior to joining SRP, Beth worked for a recordkeeper as a client relationship manager in a service-focused role. She especially enjoyed building relationships with clients and helping individuals plan and prepare for retirement.

Beth earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Business Communications. She also holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation.

Beth lives in Minnesota with her two sons. They share a love of travel and enjoy exploring national parks, historical sites, and the Caribbean. In her free time, Beth enjoys boating on Minnesota’s lakes, golfing, spending time with family and friends, and gathering around the bonfire. She also treasures traveling with her family to support her niece, who plays basketball with Team USA and the Dallas Wings.
