Ashley Fairchild is a Manager, Client Services for the SRP Austin team. Ashley collaborates with plan sponsors to provide retirement plan and operational support and expertise by proactively identifying, owning, and resolving client issues. As a supportive asset to her team, she works with them to make every encounter for the client the best possible experience they could have.

Prior to joining SRP, Ashley worked with a recordkeeper as a client relationship manager in a service role. She loves building relationships with her clients and finds it rewarding to help people plan and prepare for their retirement.

Ashley lives in Minnesota with her husband and daughters. During the long winter months, you will find her either with a book in hand or completing a puzzle. She loves spending time outdoors any time the temperature is above 40 degrees. Her ideal vacation is camping in a national forest with very little connections to the outside world.
