Mikayla joined Strategic Retirement Partners in 2022 as an intern. After graduating college in Spring 2023, she transitioned to a full-time role on the Sales Enhancement Team (SET). Today, she serves as a Relationship Manager for WELLth and Participant Education.

Mikayla lives in Madison, Wisconsin, with her miniature dachshund, Mali. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, coaching softball, and spending time at her family’s lake house in northern Wisconsin.

What is your favorite quote?

""You are enough." I love this quote so much that I have it tattooed in my mom's handwriting!"

What do you like to do in your free time?

"I grew up playing softball starting at the age of 7, spending summers traveling across the United States for tournaments. I even continued my softball career in college, playing for Lakeland University. Now, I’m the head coach for a 10U travel softball team, coaching year-round and sharing my love for the game with the next generation of players."

What is your favorite family tradition?

"Every 4th of July, my brother comes home for a week to visit from Los Angeles. We head up to our family lake house on Castle Rock Lake, where we spend the week boating, enjoying fireworks, having cookouts, and creating new memories. It’s truly my favorite time of the year!"
