As the Retirement Benefit Consultant of the Central California team, Tom works closely with his region and service professionals providing experience, insights, and advice to business owners, generational wealth clients, and 401K plan fiduciaries. By framing client strategic needs with a transformative platform approach, Tom helps clients identify opportunities to improve performance and value.
Tom has built an extensive portfolio of business development and consulting experience working closely with leaders in professional services, engineering, design, and technology on programs that revolutionize industries. He has experience leading successful teams in a variety of vertical markets including IT, Consumer Goods, Hardware/Software Development, Financial Services, Healthcare, and the Federal Government. Previous client programs include work with Google, Nike, Microsoft, Intel, Amazon.com, Under Armour, Jaguar Land Rover, Diamler, Zoom Healthcare, PGE, Keen, Cambia, Digimarc, Wacom, DirecTV, and HP.
Prior to SRP, Tom served as CEO and Founder at Evo, Digital Strategy Director with Ziba Design, Enterprise Sales Director with test.ai and Lucid Meetings, Co-Founder at ReadyGo Productions, President and General Manager of Allion USA, and before that, was a Vice President and Executive Board Member with the VTM Group of consulting companies. Tom is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He and his wife JoAnna live in Clovis, CA with their two children.
