I wanted to be the first woman President of the United States that found the cure for the common cold. It could still happen!
As a kid, my family would drive to my grandparent’s house on Christmas Day. When we pulled into the driveway, the yard was littered with apples, oranges, and nuts. My grandfather would tell us the story of how Santa’s sleigh overturned and all the oranges, apples, and nuts fell onto the lawn. I remember going out in the yard and picking up all the fruit and nuts my little hands could carry. Now, my Dad carries on the tradition with his grandchildren. I love seeing the same excitement on my kids’ faces as I had as a child.
My first job, I volunteered at a daycare after-school. When I was old enough to have a job, I became a lifeguard at the local pool.
