Beth Dettbarn is a Manager, Client Services for the SRP Austin team. Beth collaborates with plan sponsors to provide retirement plan and operational support and expertise by proactively identifying, owning, and resolving client issues. As a supportive asset to her team, she works with them to make every encounter for the client the best possible experience they could have.
Prior to joining SRP, Beth worked with a recordkeeper as a client relationship manager in a service role. She loved building relationships with her clients, and found it rewarding to help people plan and prepare for their retirement.
Beth graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Business Communications. She has received the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation.
Beth lives in Minnesota with her two sons. They all have the travel bug and love visiting national parks, historical landmarks or cruising around the Caribbean. She loves spending time with her family and friends boating on Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes, golfing or relaxing around the bonfire. She is blessed to travel the world with her sister and parents watching her niece play basketball with Team USA and the University of Connecticut.
I have always wanted to go to Italy and Greece. They are definitely on my bucket list and I am hoping to cross them off soon!
