My first job was at Camp Snoopy in the Mall of America. I worked in the Kemp’s Ice Cream Parlor and different food carts around the park. It was here that I mastered making cotton candy in an industrial-sized machine.
I love to knit, I have always loved arts and crafts. I get a lot of satisfaction from being able to tap into my creative side and produce something that someone can use.
Aviation is a passion of mine. In college, I trained in a Piper Warrior and I now hold a private pilot license.
